A fun based, twice weekly workout for Mom's who want to get fit and have fun doing a combination of power walking/ running, strength, core and flexibility work. We meet at the front of Grant Elementary School on Pearl Street in Santa Monica straight after drop-off every Tuesday and Thursday for about 1 hour. Everyone and all abilities are welcome and your first workout is always FREE.
A typical workout is that we will all power walk/ jog over to Clover Park (about 0.5 mile away) as our warm-up then do a combination of cardio laps, speed and agility drills, strength exercises, core work and flexibility training. Everyone will work at their own pace and effort. If you want to be pushed you can train hard. If you are new to running and fitness we can ease you in to it gently.

Dress for outdoor fitness and be sure to have had at least a snack and water prior to exercising.
