Over the years, I have also worked closely with people with particular challenges including : Parkinsons Disease, M.S., Quadriplegic & Paraplegic, Scoliosis & Postural Development & Arthritis (Osteo & Rheumatoid)

Nutrition coaching requires a unique approach for each person. The general process starts with consultation about your goals and challenges plus a review of your current nutritional habits. From there I create a simple but delicious meal plan for you, help you with a kitchen make-over and even take you to the grocery store to shop for your new lifestyle.
